Real-Estate info on the Scientology building

Looks like they may not be going anywhere for now since the lease has a year left! LOL, too bad we couldn't get in the picture! I am sure they would have had tons of calls for the building! How do they get that monthly fee? I cannot imagine them even being able to raise half of that!
